Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Utilize various computer programs and software applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role in a retail or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
