Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system
- Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry
