Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering general customer questions and resolving their problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing solutions
  • Providing top-notch customer service via chat or email, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher-ups, if necessary, to ensure that customers receive the best possible outcome
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and other relevant information
  • Staying informed about product and service information and making recommendations to customers accordingly

Contract Length and Flexibility
