Job Summary

As an experienced full stack data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT team in a remote capacity. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large amounts of data to help us make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data to help inform business decisions

• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement new processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis

Essential Qualifications

* 2.5 GPA or better and have completed at least 2 years in a university program, with a degree emphasis in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or an associated field

• Strong analytical, management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycle, and cloud computing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to digest large amounts of data and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can assist decision-making

• Desire to learn management strategies and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to allow innovation and growth on difficult-to-resolve customer challenges
• Passion for working on cloud computing and technology, including Mobile apps, Enterprise Web apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence
