Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Excel + Visual Basic for Applications + Reporting platform: SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages: ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages: Transact SQL + Database Knowledge: MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform: WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge: Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages: Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
