What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, guiding them to products or services, and providing information on promotions and discounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and accurate responses, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through live chat on business websites and social media platforms
- Addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding customers to relevant solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements
