We're currently seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, etc.)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with data entry software (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.)
