Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product and service questions, and providing general information to ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls from customers, including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

  • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as needed
  • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
  • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with scripting and workflow automation tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
