Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Virtual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
