Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting business growth through data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces.

• Answer business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver remarkable data insights and products.
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize statistical and inferential insights (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behavior/value, and drive impact across the business.

Essential Qualifications

* Unbridled enthusiasm, high academic and scientific strength, and an eager pursuit of data-driven insights and business results.

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analysis space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex questioning, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business result.
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, peers, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a scientific field.

• Shown data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing landing pages, sign-up pipe, and trade spaces.
• Ability to identify and effectively address issues to leadership.
• Counseling foundation, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong inspiration and ability to work autonomously.
• Remarkable written and oral communication skills.
• Humor.
• Novel interests or areas of interest that impact the way you interact with others as well as tackle your business.
