Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the streaming business with AI and statistical modeling focused on understanding and predicting user behavior
• Creating and implementing innovative AI strategies to address key business questions while identifying new areas to explore
• Driving experimentation to assess the effects of your models
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Presenting your findings to senior leaders
• Working with other data groups to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, data representation, experimentation, and data design

Essential Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Physics, Econometrics, or Statistics

• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and evaluating effective AI solutions
• Strong coding experience in one or more data programming languages like Python/R, with additional experience in scientific libraries like Numpy, Pandas, or similar libraries
• Proficient in analyzing data and creating ML models using Python (with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling: regression, clustering, time series estimation, causal inference, and other methods
• Experience creating flexible numerical models and solving complex quantitative problems that can be understood by non-technical colleagues
• Ability to make insights and recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions
• Willingness to collaborate with other data researchers, data analysts, and key stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SQL

Preferred Capabilities:

* Postgraduate education in a quantitative field

• Excellent analytical skills, high-level degree of statistical knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to choose the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
• Strong relational skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with data platforms and applications like Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Wind current, GitHub
• Experience with designing and analyzing A/B testing and other experimentation types
• Experience thinking critically to interpret market and customer data, ideally about a subscription service
• Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Flash)
• Experience with NLP and NN models
