Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Disney customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional support to Disney customers, including troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Becoming an expert on Disney products, services, and experiences, and guiding customers through their journey with personalized recommendations and solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, and sharing insights and feedback to continuously improve our customer support processes

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
