Key Responsibilities
As our Director of Customer Success, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining an ongoing customer experience strategy that aligns with company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives revenue growth, customer retention, and advocacy.
- KPI Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Grow, lead, and develop a high-performance Account Management team that's equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify campaigns and maximize partner engagement for company growth.
- Support Team Excellence: Ensure that our WhatConverts support team is best-in-class, delivering accurate and effective customer resolutions within a 15-minute resolution time.
- Onboarding and Adoption: Foster a proactive onboarding approach that anticipates customer needs and ensures successful solution adoption.
- Process Improvement: Conduct regular assessments of the onboarding process and implement enhancements to streamline the customer journey.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience managing successful support and success teams in the SaaS landscape.
- Scaling Expertise: Expertise in scaling support and success teams from the ground up.
- Technical Aptitude: High technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to quickly become a product expert in the SaaS domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
