Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for flight reservations and changes. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer requests, including flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and travel policies
• Recognize and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution
• Screen flights and provide recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with the SOC team to provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel industry or a related field

• Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
