Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our freight and logistics services are delivered on time, every time. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our freight and logistics teams to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition
- Process and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Valid driver's license
