How You Will Assist Us

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:

• Providing world-class customer support through phone, email, and chat interactions

Position Type/Standard Schedule

This is a full-time remote position that requires a reliable and stable internet connection. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST, with occasional evenings and weekends. After completing a 12-week paid virtual training program, you'll work in a permanent shift that may include nights and weekends.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Data Entry Associate, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
• Ability to work day, evening, weekend, and night shifts (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
• Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
• Dedicated high-speed internet with association rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
• Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
• Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent participation, performance, self-inspiration, and objective achievement
