The Role
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, booking changes, and general travel-related questions, as well as resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience and navigate our internal systems and databases to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, and general travel-related questions
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Navigate and utilize arenaflex's internal systems and databases

Qualifications
