Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support

Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with arenaflex's products and services
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
