Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex data pipelines on cloud platforms, including AWS. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand and meet the data needs of our business, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality, security, and scalability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain complex data pipelines on AWS, including Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the data needs of our business
• Perform data quality checks and monitoring to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data systems
• Advance data pipelines for execution and cost optimization
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS advancements and technologies
• Develop and implement personalization calculations using Python and Pydantic models
• Build and maintain DynamoDB tables and NoSQL databases
• Use Amazon Kinesis to collect, process, and analyze streaming data

What Will Give You an Upper Hand

While a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering
• A solid understanding of AWS local event-driven services
• Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data security
• Experience with Python and serverless technologies
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with personalization, Python, Pydantic models, DynamoDB, and NoSQL
• Experience with Amazon Kinesis
