As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with their bookings, travel inquiries, and other customer service needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, showing empathy and understanding, while efficiently resolving issues. Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
