Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Analyst – Operations and Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and analysis to our clients. You will work closely with our operations and sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform analysis of customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to drive business growth

  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, including data analysis and visualization
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, operations, or sales

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, operations, or sales

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
