About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Remote SkillBridge Intern. This 90-180 day job training program is designed for Military Service members who are transitioning from the military during their last 180 days in service. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurately inputting and updating data into our company's databases and systems, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain data records as needed.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
• Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
