Job Summary
As a Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wellness services and programs, delivering exceptional customer support, and maintaining a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies. Responsibilities
* Promote and sell our diverse range of wellness services and programs to potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and providing product information to potential customers ensuring sales
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent English communication skills in written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate various customer needs and preferences
- Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, Canva, ChatGPT, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp marketing
- Reliable laptop with a stable internet connection
- Dedicated workspace conducive to focused work
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the wellness industry or a related field
- Knowledge of breath-based wellness and its benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 1.5 lac to Rs. 3.0 lac per year (full-time) or Rs. 1.0 lac to Rs. 1.5 lac per year (part-time)
