Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in Killeen, Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, loans, and extensions, and performing various store duties. If you're a self-motivated individual with a positive and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Process sales, loans, and extensions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
• Perform opening and closing store duties, including counting cash, balancing the register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Adherence to all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, sales background, bilingual skills, and other relevant experience a plus
