Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for processing high-speed data with accuracy and precision. As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with our Data Entry Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data processing, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer information with accuracy and speed, meeting or exceeding KPH 6000 minimum
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless data processing
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verifying customer records using the system
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Good customer service behaviors
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
- IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
