Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Service team. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
