Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack HR Technology Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our HR technology systems, including Workday and other people systems. You'll work closely with our business and technology partners to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business needs. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work on-site at our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR technology solutions that meet business needs and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support for HR and payroll systems, including Workday
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR technology solutions
- Provide training and support to employees on HR technology systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Advanced knowledge of HR technology systems, including Workday and other people systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and implement HR technology solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Advanced-level experience and expertise in HR and/or payroll systems
- Preferred: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting
- Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role, but not required
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
- For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and provided at the discretion of the company
