Key Responsibilities

* Participate in various research studies, providing accurate and insightful feedback on products and services

• Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with research participants and study administrators
• Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and internet navigation
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or sales

• Experience with data entry software and tools
• Strong typing skills (25 words per minute minimum)
