Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering information into our databases and software programs, reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a quick learner, a team player, and a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.

  • Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors, reporting them to supervisors as needed.
  • Read source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy, with a commitment to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $45.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
