Job Description:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Executing models, creating tools, and developing algorithms to improve processes related to our case environment
- Identifying and measuring opportunities for research to enhance efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and modification
- Creating, approving, and executing calculations and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions
- Investigating, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data in various formats
- Performing complex data analysis to tackle reasonably complex business issues
- Using advanced statistical procedures and numerical analysis
- Creating data pipelines to integrate, gather, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs
- Utilizing data visualization methods to communicate logical outcomes and support business decisions
- Developing and assessing the data needs of assigned projects and ensuring the integrity of the data
- Investigating existing data and suggesting additional sources of data for enhancements
Required Capabilities:
* 2+ years of significant scientific experience
- Experience programming using R or Python
- Experience in SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
