Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, maintaining our customer database, and ensuring seamless communication between our technicians and clients.

Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to clients and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Remote Work Requirements:
* High-speed internet connection
- Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide their own equipment and ensure a reliable internet connection
