Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
- Strong knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
- Proficiency in operating computers and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
