• Life insurance license (we offer a discounted course through our company for those who are not licensed)
• Residency in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA or VA (for licensing reasons)
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience in the life insurance industry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
