What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for helping others will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product or service knowledge to customers, recognizing and applying arenaflex's values and principles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

We're looking for candidates with a strong passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence. If you have:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • Strong computer skills and high-speed internet (40mbps or faster)
  • A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
