Job Overview

As a Real Estate Lending Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling incoming communications related to our loan services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming communications by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to our loan services
  • Providing precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes
  • Assisting clients throughout the loan application journey, clarifying necessary documentation and next steps
  • Addressing and resolving client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all customer requests and inquiries
  • Accurately documenting client interactions within our CRM system
  • Collaborating effectively with loan officers and teams to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as necessary
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the latest loan products, policies, and industry standards
  • Upholding compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in all client engagements

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to our loan services in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear and concise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes
  • Assist clients throughout the loan application journey, clarifying necessary documentation and next steps
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all customer requests and inquiries
  • Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system

Required Skills

* Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in loan services, banking, or financial services

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex loan terms clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and telephone systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently address customer concerns
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing and recording customer inquiries and interactions
  • A customer-centric approach, motivated by delivering outstanding service and supporting clients in achieving their financial aspirations

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the financial sector, is preferred
