Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:
