Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
- Familiarity with job portals and online recruitment platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
