The Role
As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor – German, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You will be a brand ambassador for our clients, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer is at the heart of every conversation
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer queries
What We're Looking For
We're looking for highly ambitious and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Fluency in German (C2 level required)
- Proficiency in English (C2 level required)
- Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, we welcome applications from individuals with the following qualifications:
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
- Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
- Make-up Artists
- Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
Working Hours
We're offering a part-time position of 20 hours per week, with the following schedule:
- Wednesday: 9am-6pm
- Thursday: 2pm-6pm
- Friday: 9am-6pm
Location
You will have the option to work from our Southend-on-Sea office or remotely from home. We're committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment that allows you to thrive.

Hardware & Software Requirements
You will need to have an Apple or Android smartphone equipped with either iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 12 (or later). We also require that you use Windows Defender antivirus software for Microsoft devices and X-Protect for MAC OS (built-in the OS).
Minimum Speed Requirements
To ensure that you can work effectively from home, please ensure that your internet connection meets the following requirements:
- Ping ms Maximum 20ms
- DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
- UPLOAD Mbps Minimum 5Mbps
