Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports the onboarding and marketing processes for new agents joining the team, ensuring information is collected, organized, and properly distributed across company systems and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize agent onboarding information and maintain accuracy across CRM platforms and internal systems
- Manage website updates including agent profile additions and team page updates
- Coordinate and publish welcome posts and onboarding announcements on social media
- Ensure agent information, assets, and marketing materials are properly uploaded and maintained
- Assist with database organization and process management to support team growth
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Support additional marketing tasks and team projects as needed
