In this role, you will provide administrative, operational, and customer support services to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional email, chat, and phone support to clients and team members Assist with scheduling, data entry, file management, and documentation Maintain accurate records and update internal databases Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and support documents as needed Monitor workflows and assist with general administrative operations Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Support onboarding and communication processes for new clients or staff
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, administrative support, or remote operations preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required
