Visit us at famfluence.com Talent Coordinator We’re looking for a full-time Associate Talent Coordinator to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. This role is essential in helping track, organize, and execute brand partnerships for a curated roster of influencers. You’ll work closely with Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster. Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables. Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met. Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution. Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.). Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed. Who You Are Passionate about the influencer and creator economy. Exceptionally organized with strong time-management skills. A proactive problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off your to-do list. Resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented. Deeply engaged in social media, creator trends, and digital storytelling. Able to work Eastern or Central time zones. Why FamFluence?
