In this high-visibility role, you’ll take the lead on procurement initiatives, help shape category strategies, and champion best practices across the business. What you will do: Lead and own sourcing activity across multiple categories - including full-cycle RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments such as finance, legal, marketing, and tech. Shape and deliver our procurement strategy, supporting annual planning and budget alignment. Oversee supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Promote procurement best practices, driving improvements in tools, processes, and adoption. Foster efficiency and adaptability through continuous process enhancement. Who you are: You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or commercial roles. You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder, skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’re proactive, organised, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities. You’re well-versed in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. You’re energised by fast-moving environments and enjoy working independently. Bonus points if you’ve worked with ERP systems (like Oracle or SAP) or hold a procurement qualification (like CIPS).
