Hiring || ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer - Remote

Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with proven expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) modules. This role is critical to enabling organizations to achieve audit readiness, strengthen governance frameworks, and streamline compliance processes through robust system design and implementation. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on GRC/IRM solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end GRC capabilities—including policy and control workflows, risk and issue management, and compliance evidence collection—while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and technical best practices. Your work will directly support operational resilience, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM modules. Develop and customize IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports to enhance user experience and data visibility. Build and maintain client-side and server-side scripts using Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Perform system administration tasks, including configuration changes, user support, upgrades, and environment management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into technical solutions. Define and document architectural components such as data/object models, technical workflow diagrams, and access control structures. Create user stories, epics, UI mock-ups, and supporting documentation to drive agile delivery. Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to support teams and end users on complex configurations. Support governance initiatives, including audit-ready evidence collection, change/release management, documentation, and role-based access controls. Contribute to SecOps capabilities by supporting modules such as Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). Requirements 3-8 years of professional ServiceNow development experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and their implementation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs for scripting and customization. Experience in workspace and portal development within ServiceNow. Proven track record in API-based integrations using REST and SOAP. Solid understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Preferred / Nice to Have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and GRC/IRM-related CIS certifications. Experience with performance tuning, large-scale data ingestion, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with CMDB, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and presentation skills. Apply To This Job
