Senior Account Manager (Remote - CET)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's dynamic, data-driven team. Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue from assigned customers. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Main Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Market Expertise: Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly. Feedback Monitoring: Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team. Industry Representation: Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions. KPI Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics. Project Support: Assist with strategic projects and initiatives. Report Creation: Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in iGaming. B2B Account Management: Essential, with experience at a game provider preferred. Sales & Business Development: A strong asset. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of iGaming trends and products. Languages: Fluent English required; Russian proficiency is a strong asset. Client Management: Ability to handle Tier 1 customers and high-pressure situations. Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and solution-oriented. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
