About the Role

Join our dynamic Life Science Center of Excellence (LSCOE) team as a Supervisor! In this virtual position, you’ll lead a team of up to five project members, driving high-level projects that range from exciting national sales meetings to impactful product launches. You’ll be hands-on, kicking off projects and supporting your team to ensure everything runs smoothly. A bit of travel (about 25-50%) will keep things fresh and exciting! You’re Good At Leading and inspiring a team while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence Managing large-scale projects with precision, from planning to execution. The person in this role must have at least 5 years of experience in a lead planner capacity for large scale National Sales Meetings, Product Launches and C-Suite events within the pharmaceutical industry. Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to keep everyone aligned Leveraging event technology, especially Cvent, for seamless project delivery Solving problems creatively and proactively for any challenges that arise You Might Also Have Experience in training and mentoring team members A background in the pharmaceutical industry or event management Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency A Bachelor's degree or other relevant higher education A passion for continuous learning and improvement Ready to take the next step in your career? Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor, Meetings and Events (Life Sciences) is between $67,000 - $95,000.
