Virtual Case Manager
Job Description:
- Adjust demand packages based on attorney direction and coverage limits.
- Prepare complete demand packages for attorney review.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and demand submissions.
- Verify accuracy of financial information, including medical costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance payments.
- Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters.
- Collect, verify, and document required personal, medical, and insurance information.
- Use case management software (for example, Filevine, Clio, Mycase).
- Drafting legal documents including Letters of Protection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for more than 100 active personal injury clients.
- Conduct consistent follow-up outreach based on the stage of each case.
- Manage approximately 45–50 calls per week and 200+ emails/messages per week.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain self‑driven.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to follow structured, established processes.
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high‑stress situations.
