Sr Real Estate Financial Analyst
Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Preferably onsite Position!
- Pay range is $50-55/hr!
- 3-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for leading analytics and insights for the global corporate real estate team, including dashboard creation, financial modeling, portfolio reporting, and data management processes.
- Position will also be responsible for conducting real estate market research, tracking lease and occupancy data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing reporting and analytical support to leadership teams.
- Position will be in charge of developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards, supporting portfolio strategy decisions through financial and lease analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams to align real estate strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Advanced real estate financial modeling and analytical experience is required!
- Strong dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization experience using Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau is required!
- Experience with real estate lease administration, portfolio management, and lease analysis is required!
- 5+ years of experience within real estate analytics, portfolio analysis, or commercial real estate environments is required!
- SQL knowledge and experience with advanced data infrastructure or reporting tools is preferred!
- Experience supporting ESG initiatives, risk strategies, or enterprise-level reporting environments is preferred!
