Senior Account Executive - Market Intel / Alternative Data (SaaS)

Coda Search is proud to partner with a high-growth market intelligence and alternative data firm to identify a Senior Sales Executive for their Corporate and Brand Intelligence team. Candidates based in the New York area are preferred, though the role is fully remote within the United States. Location: Remote (New York preferred) Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 OTE: ~$320,000 + accelerators Equity: Yes Benefits: H/V/D, Flexible PTO, 401(k) match, parental leave, wellness stipend, learning funds What's in it for you?

  • Team that performs: Every rep on this team hit quota last year. Accelerators are real and achievable -- senior sellers are clearing well above OTE.
  • Earnings with real upside: $130-150K base with ~$320K OTE, fast-triggering accelerators, and equity in a $1B+ valued, institutionally backed company sustaining one of the strongest growth rates in the alternative data space.
  • White space at the enterprise level: No territory restrictions. The Corporate and Brand Intelligence vertical is the fastest growing segment in the business, competitors are weakening, and there is significant greenfield remaining in CPG and brand accounts.
  • Promote-from-within: Leadership here came up through sales. Performance is the only currency that matters.
  • Remote flexibility: Fully remote within the U.S. New York preferred for collaboration, but not required.

What will your day look like?

  • Full-cycle enterprise hunting: Own the entire sales process from outbound prospecting through close on net-new Fortune 1000 brand and retail accounts. 85% outbound motion with BDR support.
  • C-suite selling: Call on and close the most senior decision-makers -- Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Data Officers, CROs, COOs, and Chief Product Officers at large enterprise organizations.
  • Large deal management: Close 6-figure contracts averaging $200-280K ACV across a full suite of data and analytics solutions. First deal expected within 12 weeks.
  • Pipeline ownership: Self-generate 60%+ of your pipeline. Run 5+ demos per week, add 4+ qualified opportunities to CRM monthly, and maintain a full-year target of $2M+ in closed revenue.
  • MEDDIC execution: Run a disciplined, outcome-driven, KPI-focused sales process. This is a complex, multi-threaded enterprise sale -- not a transactional or brand-driven one.
  • GTM contribution: Help drive expansion into new CPG and retail verticals as the team scales toward its next growth phase.

Who are you?

  • You have 6+ years of closing experience: Specifically in Data, Research, SaaS, or subscription sales to Fortune 1000 corporations -- not investors, not expert networks.
  • You have outbound in your DNA: You have either spent 12+ months as a BDR/SDR or have made 50+ cold calls per day in a current or recent role. You self-generate pipeline and do not depend on inbound.
  • You close large, complex deals: Average ticket size of $100K+ is your baseline. You have navigated multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles and closed with C-suite decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • You are likely currently employed and recognized: You are in seat, on or above your number, and have a track record of President's Club recognition, promotion, or both.
  • You run a structured process: MEDDIC or equivalent is how you operate. You lead with discovery, sell on outcomes, and close on business value -- not product features or brand names.
