Part-Time Senior Compliance Analyst-Remote (Temporary)

What You’ll Be Doing The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for owning critical compliance workflows, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and driving operational improvements. This position serves as a subject matter expert for compliance processes, certificate operations, escalations, reporting, and workflow management while also assisting with projects, process optimization, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, analytical, adaptable, and able to manage complex workstreams with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Own and execute compliance workflows, including certificate processing, audits, escalations, and reporting activities, with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Provide senior-level support across, stepping into priority areas with minimal direction.
- Lead or support compliance-related projects, workflow enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies; recommend and help implement practical solutions.
- Review, reconcile, and validate data and reporting outputs to ensure integrity, accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, QA, IT, Training, and leadership teams to support compliance initiatives and process changes.
- Assist with tracking project deliverables, operational priorities, and implementation timelines.
- Support audits, investigations, and complex compliance issues while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Review communications, documentation, and workflows for compliance, clarity, and consistency.
- Contribute to SOP updates, training support, process documentation, and standardization efforts.
- Take ownership of additional operational initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
- All other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of compliance, regulatory operations, or related experience with demonstrated ownership of complex workstreams.
- Ability to operate independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing competing priorities and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with reporting or operational tools preferred.
- Experience supporting projects, workflow improvements, or operational implementations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree desired
This is a part time, temporary role: Hourly rate between $32.00 and $35.00.
