Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our 24x7x365 operation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inboxes. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage department inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations

  • Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and is dedicated to going the extra mile to achieve it
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
  • Ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills by balancing technical knowledge and people skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $24/hour to $26/hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
